Hi Komal My association with your class, physioyoga is 3 months old, prior to which I have been in n out of several yoga classes, gym...reason being that while doing yoga I felt I was missing out on fitness workouts n vice versa Your exercise regimen is a blend of both n for me that's the most satisfying thing. Also your workout exercises are so varied that there's no monotony. End of the class leaves u energetic u genuinely feel having done a thorough workout.
