Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Appointment Cancellations: Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. Missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee.
2. Online Class Cancellations: No refunds are provided for missed online classes. Rescheduling is allowed within availability.
3. Book Order Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
4. Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only provided for damaged or incorrect book orders. Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (images) of the issue.
5. Return Policy: Books must be returned in original condition within 7 days of receipt for an exchange or refund.
